    Job Description:  POD (LMS) Coordinator

    Reports to:   VP, Learning & Development

    Department:  Human Resources


    The Pandora-On-Demand (LMS) Coordinator is responsible for is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System and will serve as subject matter expert regarding LMS administration best practices. This role is responsible for ensuring continuous operation and maintenance of the LMS to serve in the delivery of online learning programs that align with the requisite competencies of our employees and franchisees. This role is a resource to our regional learning and development team, our sales content development team, visual merchandising, our franchisees, sales management team and our company owned stores.  

    Essential Functions: (Specific duties and responsibilities critical to completion of daily workload)

    • Provide ongoing support to learning management system and other systems used by the department, including Adobe Connect and the L&D site of the company intranet.
    • Skilled in eLearning content development software in order to assist the L&D team in converting traditional courses into eLearning
    • Measure training effectiveness by using metrics in the LMS
    • Run reports to serve the needs of the Learning and Development department as well as other company departments while looking for any trends in the data
    • Manages all digital content available on the LMS including running reports, uploading the content, user registration, transcript management, attendance, etc.
    • Provides set up of and support during webinars.
    • Manages the registration of learning events including instructor-led training, roadshows, conferences, etc.
    • Develop and revise LMS administration guidelines and procedures, as requested
    • Very strong customer support skills along with problem solving required for responding to LMS user issues
    • Monitor the LMS mailbox, answer questions, and troubleshoot problems for users by phone and via e-mail
    • Strong attention to detail is also required for cross-checking reports, performing quality checks/verification on LMS data
    • Maintains the configuration of the LMS; evaluates and processes new configuration requests to the system
    • Clean up existing data in system to ensure data integrity.
    • Provides administrative support to the regional learning and development team.
    • Reviews, uploads and tests content
    • Manages roles, securities, and permissions associated with LMS access
    • Troubleshoots LMS issues
    • Serves as lead SME when interacting with global and regional teams
    • Works with training facilitators to document all workshops / trainings and related content
    • Provides consistent and proactive communication on project status to all brand stakeholders to keep them informed of obstacles or schedule variances
    • Provides training to new and existing users
    • Provides reporting to sales leadership and field team on e-learning compliance as outlined in the scorecard
    • Partners with global training team on enhancing the e-learning platform
    • Acts as an ambassador of the PANDORA Brand

    1-3 yrs;  Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted

    Industry: Education; Communication; Training & Development; Instructional Technology

    Job Specific:
    Combination of experience working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects.  Experience with building and managing learning management systems.

     Computer Skills:

    • Proficiency in the configuration and administration of a learning management system. Experience in Cornerstone LMS a plus.
    • Experience in elearning content development software.
    • Experience in web based meeting platforms such as Adobe Connect, Webex, etc.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software: Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Connect and Sharepoint
    • HTML, Snag It

     Language Skills:

    • Proficient in US English
    • Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese a plus.

     Other Skills:

    • Typing speed of min of 60 words per minute
    • Instructional design experience a plus
    • Experience with standard E-learning development tools: Captivate, Claro, Articulate, Lectora, etc.
    • Retail sales background

    Licenses, Certifications, etc.:
