Communites of Practice (COPs)
Each Community of Practice meeting is an informal and interactive event structured around a topic related to talent and leadership development. COP meetings provide excellent opportunities to stay current in your field, exchange industry best practices, and expand professional networks. Community of Practice (COP) COP Mission: Each ATD Maryland community focuses on a key area of the certification field and is led by a community manager whose in-depth knowledge will ensure that the content, offerings, and resources are consistent with your needs and aligned to ATD Capability model.
