Lisa MD Owens applies her engineering mindset to L&D to move business forward, (Procter & Gamble 30+ yrs). In 2017, Owens & Crystal Kadakia set out to help L&D modernize and solve common issues, resulting in the Learning Cluster Design model, used by 1000s, and proven by users and academic research to improve outcomes over traditional training. Author of two ATD books:  "Designing for Modern Learning: Beyond ADDIE and SAM" (English, Italian, Japanese), and “Leaders as Teachers Action Guide” (English, Chinese)
