Speaker: Dr. Shakoor Ward
Dr. Shakoor Ward is a learning and performance professional specializing in program design and delivery, workforce training, and the practical adoption of emerging technologies. He holds a PhD in Workforce Education & Development from Penn State University and recently completed advanced coursework in the Generative AI: Technology, Business, and Society program through Stanford Online and the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Ward has designed learning strategies for multi-site organizations ranging from 200 to 40,000 employees. Known for translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights, Shakoor helps training professionals confidently adopt tools tailored to their roles and responsibilities.
