Training & Development professionals are often expected to use personality and communication toolsin order to develop leaders and build teams. Most of us employ tests such as Myers-Briggs, DISC, or other standards without being aware of newer tools. One emerging tool is used extensively by ASTD Maryland chapter member Anthony Attan.
The FEBI® (Focus Energy Balance Indicator®) measures four fundamental patterns of personality, and how these patterns show up in our thinking modes, our communication styles, our behaviors in and out of work, and even our physical movements. During this installment of LEADerhsip SIG, our speaker Anthony Attan will describe these patterns, the FEBI assessment and how it is utilized in leadership development.
