We’ll talk about how you can draw inspiration from your own personal experiences, hobbies, and even pop culture to make your training courses enjoyable for both you and your learners. You’ll walk away from this session re-energized and ready to take on the world! Or at least your next design project.

Speaker Bio: Erin Dabbs is currently a Principal Curriculum Developer at ServiceNow. She has over fourteen years of experience in training and instructional design. Over the years, she has delivered and designed sales, professional development, and technology training, and managed new hire and leadership development programs for several global organizations.

Erin is enthusiastic about adult learning and seeks to create experiences that are interactive, engaging, and impactful. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and has completed graduate coursework in Adult Learning. She is an SLII certified trainer and is a huge fan of Ken Blanchard and his work in the leadership development space.

In her free time, Erin enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay with her husband Tim, and their dog, a Siberian Husky mix named Ivy.
