Relationship expert Joe Martino says there are 3 core leadership questions that we want our leaders to answer. For leaders, this means that everyone is looking to us to answer these questions.

We expect our boss to answer one of the three.

We appreciate anyone who answers two of the three.

We move heaven and earth for those who answer all three!

It doesn't matter whether we are leading a peer, an employee, or significant other. Each person asks 3 questions that we need to answer for them.

Tragically, many leaders care deeply about those they lead, yet have destructive patterns of communication. Joe specializes in relationship therapy for business and personal relationships.
