The session is designed to be interactive and fun, and allow for Q&A at the end.

With over 25 years of Human Resources (HR) and organizational development experience, Tammy’s has experience in all aspects of HR, leadership development, training, change management, and mergers/acquisitions.
Tammy holds the following certifications: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is certified in MBTI and DISC, and is a certified facilitator for the following training programs: Transition Management (William Bridges & Linkage, Inc.), Achieve Global and The Change Cycle. Tammy also has certifications from ATD in Coaching and Creating Leadership Development Programs.
Prior to joining MedStar Health, Tammy held multiple positions at PHH Mortgage, Corporate and Fleet: Program Manager for Management Development, Manager of Learning & Development, Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Human Resources Manager. Prior to PHH, Tammy was a Human Resources Manager at Sylvan Corporate and CMSI. She completed her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Tennessee at Chattooga and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Towson University.
