Fostering a commitment to goals requires that you set effective goals AND help your team see a connection to them. If your team doesn’t seem committed to accomplishing the goals, you need to attend. In this session, you will:

 Discover the 4 components needed to gain commitment to goals.

 Explore two goal setting methodologies, including SMART goals.

 Discuss how to engage teams in participative goal setting and how to gain commitment when goals aren’t ‘negotiable.’

 Receive several hand-outs to support you in practicing the goal setting methodologies discussed and how to foster greater commitment.
