Everyday Joyful Mindfulness

with Urana Heart {an Inner Inspiration Week Event}


Are you feeling languished? Feeling weighed down by multiple demands of your professional and personal lives? Join us to explore together what developing mindfulness in everyday life and increasing joy could look like for you. 

The session will include:

  • a grounding exercise
  • a guided meditation accompanied by sound instruments
  • a brief talk introducing mindfulness
  • tips for developing a habit of pausing before acting
  • examples of mindful day-to-day activities to increase joy
  • how to use breath and other anchors to support the practice
  • an opportunity for Q&A and authentic sharing


Uranbileg Batjargal (Urana Heart) was born in Mongolia. Following her personal meditation practice over 15 years, Urana completed the two-year mindfulness meditation teacher training program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield in 2018. Today, she walks in two worlds, as an economist and CPA and as a poet, meditation teacher, and practitioner of healing arts.
