In this session, Andre will share tips from his book "The 7 Ways to Lead: Evolve Personally and Professionally," drawing from his vast and varied experience in mental health therapy, professional sports, and entrepreneurship.
During this event, you will learn how to:
- Enhance effective leadership skills, and communication skills, and work/life harmony for yourself, your organization, leaders, and/or employees
- Speak the 7 Languages employees/team want, need, and benefit most from hearing from leadership to enhance bonding and work/culture!
- Speak everyone’s language in your organization and on your team!
About the Speaker, Andre Young

ndre Young is a speaker and author who has worked as a mental health therapist, played sports at every level from high school to professional, been an employee, business owner, and self-employed.
