Leadership Languages - Communicating & Connecting for Success
Communication is a significant challenge for many leaders- but it doesn't have to be. We've heard about IQ and EQ (emotional intelligence) - however everyone speaks a kinetic, emotive, or cognitive language as their primary communication style. Gain awareness of the different "languages" people speak as Carolyn explains the 7 different communication "languages" spoken by those closest to you. Connect with your colleagues and loved ones, build trust, and achieve your common goals
Our Presenter: Carolyn Santos
Carolyn
Santos - The Communication Lady – has been helping people communicate effectively for over 20 years.
Her specialty is putting the power of the CIA to work for YOU – The "Communication Intelligence Advantage".
Just as we all have a particular IQ and EQ (intelligence quotient and emotional quotient), every person has a unique Communication Intelligence OR preferred communication style.
Becoming self-aware of our own communication preferences helps us internalize the other styles for personal and professional success.
