Topic – Coach Like a Pro

Our presenters, Sue Vizcarra and Sherri Vaughn, will explore five Engagement Coaching techniques:

You will have an opportunity to practice these skills and see them all in action with a coaching demo from our facilitators. If interested in pursuing a coaching certification, we will have time for Q&A at the end.

Meet the Speakers:

Sue Vizcarra earned a Master’s Degree in Distance Education from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She currently serves as an educator for the CareFirst PCMH Program.  She uses life coaching as a platform for equipping others with strategies for self-care. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and salsa dancing.

Sherri Vaughn has over 15 years of training and development experience including classroom and online training delivery, instructional design, coaching, and leadership development across the banking, healthcare, and education industries. Sherri is an Organizational Development Consultant at CareFirst and an adjunct professor for the Human Resources Program at the University of MD, Global Campus. She is a CPLP and has her Master's Degree in Instructional Systems Design. In her free time she enjoys traveling and going to concerts (preferably at the same time!) along with chasing around her nieces and nephews or catching up on the latest binge worthy series.
