People analytics has been offered up as a tool to move taken talent practitioners in the direction of higher levels of performance but taken alone, it too has fallen short. Aligning learning to organizational changes represents the best approach.
In this session, our speaker will explore how organizational change and transformations serve as the bridge that connects truly strategic learning practitioners to the most pressing and meaningful work that needs do be done in the organization. By building and fostering organizational change skills, talent practitioners and “change leaders” can position themselves as organizational architects.
About the Speaker, Robert Smith, Ph.D:
Robert has over 15 years of experience designing and leading organizational change and transformation initiatives at a range of organizations including Fortune 500 companies, global private organizations, nonprofits and U.S. federal government agencies.
