Many companies struggle to create sustainability and stability in their organization because they have either young or new leaders. Senior leaders and CEOs have access to peer groups in order to gain wisdom and feedback from other leaders who can help guide their thinking and leadership growth. Yet emerging leaders generally don’t have access to this kind of learning. The science of the power of peers for increased performance is a key to building into the emerging leader population of any organization.
