Leveraging Strengths to Improve Outcomes

Character Strengths are qualities that come most naturally to us. Research shows that employees who use 4 or more of their signature strengths find more engagement in their work. Bio - Leora Viega Rifkin is both an intrapreneur and an entrepreneur, and a connector. She is the Founder and CEO of Canary Rising. Canary Rising works with aspiring and established creatives, innovators, entrepreneurs and organizations to focus on how mental strength and individual strengths support their business and overall well-being  to prevent burnout and disengagement. Canary Rising targets the overall health of the company by looking inward, so that the culture of the organization and most importantly, its people, thrive. Leora is also the Career Coach for the BioMedical and IT Workforce Development Program at Just A Start Corporation in Cambridge, MA where she teaches the Career Readiness class affiliated with Bunker Hill Community College. She teaches students how to utilize their strengths to be a culture add when searching for their dream job.
