We are in a new learning age.  No longer do we have to rely in organized course training to gain skills and knowledge.  This is the age of the self-learner. With all of the free content out there, people can pick and choose their own learning content.  Where it becomes tricky is selecting from the massive amount of information out there. This is a call to action for training professionals.  Not only can educators collect the quality artifacts, they can organize the training content to meet the training goals.
