During this session, we will address the following:  Models and processes of evaluating face-to-face and online training; benefits of, and challenges to, evaluating training; evaluating the monetary aspects of training: insights from COP participants regarding training evaluation experiences and outcomes

Joyce P. Webb, Ph.D. is the principal of Alpenglow Workforce Solutions, a human resource consulting practice.  She has more than forty years of experience in academia and business combined, where she served as teacher, librarian, professor, administrator, consultant, and business owner.  She holds a doctorate degree in Educational Research and Measurement from The Ohio State University and has undertaken post-doctoral studies in Distance Education, Instructional Design and Delivery, Career Planning and Development, Human Resources Development, among others. She is certified and/or deemed educationally eligible to administer and interpret a variety of individual, workforce, and workplace assessments.
