Kat Siedlecki, Design Thinking Lead, Booz Allen Hamilton
Katarzyna "Kat" leads a team of design strategists, service designers and CX strategists on an Experience team within Booz Allen’s Strategic Innovation Group (SIG). She has 15 years’ experience providing design, strategy and learning services to U.S. military, federal government, commercial and non-profit clients. Kat is passionate about using design to solve complex problems, drive innovation within the public and private sector, and help to improve the lives of people around the world. Kat has used design to address a variety of wicked problems such as veteran employment, sexual assault prevention, human trafficking, suicide prevention, patient engagement, regulatory burden reduction, opioid epidemic, and improving the experiences of employees, residents, and alumni. She has presented design at conferences and events to include SXSW and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) ICE. Kat has served as a panelist at a Design Disruptors film screening event, facilitated numerous design thinking workshops and is an active member in the design community based in the DC metropolitan area.

Anthony Todd, Learning and Development Program Manager
Anthony is a Learning and Development professional with 22 years of experience. He began his career at Comcast, where he was introduced to the wonderful world of learning & development. Since leaving Comcast, Anthony continued to stay in L&D for Vanguard, Vertex Inc. and Lincoln Financial Group. He will be joining a financial firm based in Malvern, PA as the Learning & Development Program Manager. Anthony is a continuous learner and has designed, facilitated or led many courses and programs focused on leadership development, process improvement, design thinking, career coaching and team building. Anthony continues to apply his knowledge of design thinking for HR and L&D related projects and has consulted on several design thinking projects for external clients.
Alessandra Clará, Partner, Strategic Good
Alessandra is experienced in partnership-building, teaching and consulting mission-driven organizations to generate ideas, strategies, and manage high impact programs particularly in the development sector. Her main goal is to achieve social progress through effective strategies that are both good for business and society. Passionate about social impact, social innovation, human-centered design, and education. She obtained her an M.A. in Social Enterprise from American University and a B.S. in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University.

Isaac Asiamah, Product Lead, Asurion
Isaac leverages Design Thinking to create digital solutions for clients in the Mobile Carrier Services sector. Isaac works with a team of User Experience Designers and Engineers to explore critical paths of the user journey for both direct-to-consumer and B2B experiences. He has applied a wide variety of Design Thinking methodologies in a number of industries spanning web commerce, finance and insurance technologies. Isaac holds an Engineering Masters Degree from Stanford University and an Economics & Mathematics from Dowling College.

Erin Gamble, Online Communications Officer, World Bank
Erin builds capacity in digital communications at the World Bank. She incorporates design thinking in organizational learning and onboarding efforts related to digital communications. She has been able to use design thinking in a variety of “light and scrappy” ways that have yielded positive results for her internal stakeholders. She has an M.A. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from the George Washington University. She loves design thinking's ability to bring the “human touch” back into organizational efforts and processes.
