By: Susan Kaiden, Project Manager, Credentialing, ATD; Rob Hoitt, Learning Specialist, Northern Virginia; Heather Tilton, Learning & Engagement Facilitator, 2U; and Heather Reed, Instructional Designer, Press Ganey Associates

The industry’s newest credential, Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), was designed and developed by the Certification Institute team to meet the needs expressed by professionals like you. You asked, we delivered—and these learners succeeded! The APTD is designed for talent development professionals with at least 3 years of experience whose primary responsibilities are in instructional design, training delivery, or learning technology.

Want to know what the exam was like? How many hours it took to prepare? Study tips? What each credential holder would have done differently? Or, are you curious to find out what compelled each of these APTDs to invest their time and energy into the credential?

Join us, and ask an APTD!

If you’re new to the TD field or an informal trainer looking to pursue growth opportunities in the field, then the APTD could be for you.

Be sure to submit a specific question or two for the panelists when you register to attend.
