The industry’s newest credential, Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), was designed and developed by the Certification Institute team to meet the needs expressed by professionals like you. You asked, we delivered—and these learners succeeded! The APTD is designed for talent development professionals with at least 3 years of experience whose primary responsibilities are in instructional design, training delivery, or learning technology.
