Leadership has struggled to move past a litany of competencies over the last few years.  The Leadership Suite provides a different context for leadership, character, and followers. In this program, we will:

  1. Briefly examine the primary principles in the Leadership Suite Model and the capstone concept.
  2. Examine character as a concept; which character traits are necessary, and to what extent.
  3. Explore the distinction between “leader”, “good” leader, and “bad” leader.
  4. Discuss the role of the follower in the context of leadership.
  5. Examine how this Model might apply to you and your workplace.

Our presenter is Brian O’Brien is the President of Myriad Performance Services, Inc., an international training and coaching firm located Frederick, Maryland.  Brian has completed projects ranging from Baldrige Quality/ISO assessment to design of training systems used by European nuclear industries. Since 2000, Brian has been working as a coach for business clients and has met the requirements for an MMC and the ICF/PCC.  As a UMBC ISD graduate, Brian has utilized his analytical and instructional skills to develop the One Team™ corporate coach training system and The Leadership Suite™, a fresh approach to the development of effective leadership worldwide.
