There’s been a lot written in the past few years about the multi-generational workforce, i.e., baby boomers, Gen-X and Gen-Y, all working alongside one another, sometimes successfully; sometimes not!
Dora Daniel, Director of Membership for ATD Maryland, will facilitate a conversation about the concept of reverse mentoring, i.e., early career professionals helping mid- and later-career professionals in their pursuit of “upskilling” and “re-skilling, as well as how this approach is used as a professional development tool and as a basis for incentive pay!”
