Adult Learning Theory and Elearning:  What Works and What Doesn’t

As a learning professional, you’re probably familiar with adult learning theories. You know that adults have the need to know why they are learning something and learn best when the subject is of immediate use.  You know that adults learn through practice and experimentation and draw upon their experiences when learning.  So how do you put these theories into practice when designing and developing elearning?  How do you balance the needs of the adult learner with the demands of the organization when designing and developing elearning?  Share your experiences and lessons learned in a lively conversation about designing and developing elearning for the adult learner.

Have an e-learning example you‘d like to share and discuss during the elearning SIG?  Just let us know prior to the meeting. Be a part of the conversation and join us on November 2.

Webinar link will be sent out in confirmation email.

The platform used is Anymeeting.com. Log-in will begin at 11:45am. Participants that would like a quick tutorial on the Anymeeting.com platform can log-in from 11:30 - 11:45am. Hurry and register. Seats are limited to 20!
