Austin received his Master’s Degree from UMBC in Instructional Systems Development and holds several certifications within the Training/Human Resource space. Austin enjoys writing and has just completed 52 blog posts on LinkedIn in 52 weeks, in addition to contributing articles for professional publications such as Training Magazine, eLearning Industry and more.
